Chapmanville Intermediate School

The Chapmanville Intermediate School Project was started in the spring of 2017 and completed in July of 2018. The 40,000 sf two story building is comprised of Insulated Concrete Form walls and structural steel. Although bid as a multi-prime contract under a construction manager, the project finished as multi primes working under the General Contractor. Persinger & Associates proved its abilities by completing the school and adjusting to the changing landscape of leadership and various Owner agendas.
